NMC’s Board of Directors comprises of 5 members including the Chairman. All the other members are professionals from the fields of management, marketing, finance, environment and engineering.
The Organization Chart of the company follows on the next page. Interdisciplinary teams of experts/consultants are formed for each assignment comprising of relevant experts. Associate consultants are invited depending on the nature of consulting assignment and its ToRs.
